Supplier Instructions for how to Respond to Tender Opportunities on eSourcing NI

1. Navigate to the eSourcing NI eSourcing Portal

- Browse to the eSourcing Portal: https://e-sourcingni.bravosolution.co.uk/

If you have not yet accessed the portal you will need to register. To do this please click on ‘Register’, complete the required form and a password will be emailed to you.
If you have accessed the portal before, log in to the portal with your username and password.

2. Accessing Tendering Opportunities

Suppliers that require assistance in participating in any of the tenders that are advertised on eSouricng NI can get help by downloading the supplier guides listed below.

3. Responding to the tender - You can now choose to “Reply” or “Reject” (please give a reason if rejecting)

  • _ You can now use the ‘Messages’ function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification
  •  
  • _ Note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the PQQ/ ITT
  •  
  • _ There may be a mixture of online & offline actions for you to perform (there is detailed online help available). You must then publish your reply using the publish button in the “Actions” box on the left-hand side of the page. If you require any further assistance please consult the online help and user manuals provided.
